Really loved the spacious, new room with a jacuzzi tub and the super friendly and clean staff.

no water pressure in the suite on the 3 Rd floor. Convience,luxury and spacious

The rooms were brand-new and reasonably large with a jacuzzi tub. The staff was attentive plus the location was great and convenient.

This place was super clean, looked brand spankin' new, and had really spacious rooms. the staff was friendly and always quick to take care of any requests 🔥.

The hotel is beginning to show its age. It's ready for a facelift. They may wanna start with soundproofing. I haven't been in a hotel this loud in awhile. Of course it's not their fault that the other guests were loud and rude. (People, it's called manners! You don't allow small children to run yelling down the hall at 6a.m. on a Sunday!!). But had the hotel had sufficient soundproofing it would not have been such an issue.

Staff was friendly, over all the facility was clean and pretty well maintained. The location was great for our purpose. The staff did offer us another room, which we did accept.

A/C leaked water on the floor, the breaker tripped in the bathroom area and my wife had to get ready without the sink and mirror. The toilet wasn't working properly and we chose to use the stairs most of the time as the elevator sounded like it was about to break down at any moment, as well as the doors liked to open and close several times before actually moving. We do understand that things happen, and the staff was pretty quick to get us another room.

The hotel provided an ideal base for exploring the area, with various restaurants nearby. The suite I stayed in was quite spacious and had a nice jacuzzi tub.

Friendly, helpful staff at the front desk during check in. I asked how much farther my drive would be and the staff printed out directions to my destination for me.

Very helpful and nice staff at reception. Exellent beds, everything very clean, big room with sitting place and well lighted.

I dont like to complain over food, but the breakfast was very poor, we went out on the third day to find some other place for breakfast. Also bad to use plastic cutlery and cups at at a hotel.

The experience was really nice. We stayed in a brand-new room with a jacuzzi tub that also had wake-up service. The hotel's location was convenient, a short walk to a shopping plaza and grocery store. It was also close to the Flight 93 Memorial.
